Start with one operational problem
Define the task, the people using the tool and what a successful handover includes. The first scope can be a calculator, a connected request form, a data service or a customer journey.
Turn dimensions, rules or recurring questions into a tool people can use.
Example: a specification calculator ↓Bring sources together, keep their origins and make missing information explicit.
Example: a public-data service ↓Connect the explanation, the useful details and the next action.

Work you can inspect
Sport Net Supply is a Qualitora-operated brand. Buyers need to compare mesh, twine and dimensions before requesting a quote.

Start with the application and product family, then move to the specification.

Turn dimensions into panel areas, with the arithmetic available to inspect.

Carry the requirement into a structured request, with room for unknown specifications.
I organized six product families and built a specification selector. Commercial pages are available in four languages; some reference content remains English-only.
I built a net-size calculator that shows its arithmetic in metric and imperial units. Buyers can inspect how the dimensions become panel areas.
I connected the product information and tools to the inquiry journey. A structured form gathers the application and specifications, with room for requirements that still need clarification.
My role: content structure, implementation, testing and deployment. Owned-brand project; sales uplift has not been measured for this case.

A holiday-property website built around the questions guests actually ask: what the place offers, what is nearby and how to book.

Access and practical information
The content moves from context to the details needed for a stay.

Process illustration: discovery on the website, bookings and messages on the chosen platform.
The work covered photography structure, an explorable gallery and practical information about rooms, facilities and outdoor spaces.
Illustrated maps and a regional guide support four language versions. The content helps visitors prepare rather than leaving every question to the host.
Booking and messages stay on the chosen platform. Shared booking information and publication checks keep each language pointing to the same destination.
Independent personal project, informed by hands-on short-stay hosting experience. Work included content, interface design, implementation, testing and deployment. Booking impact has not been measured.

Hosting since June 2016
373 host-account reviews
Maison Bayeux / 83 property reviews
Ratings recorded August 16, 2026. The host account covers several listings; Maison Bayeux has welcomed guests since June 2024.
Very responsive when we exchanged messages.
very attentive, responsive to our questions and accommodating.
You feel right at home. Everything was perfect.
Excerpts from Maison Bayeux guest reviews, translated from French. The feedback concerns the stays, communication and hosting. Initials identify each reviewer.
Ten years describes the hosting account. The two review totals and ratings were recorded on August 16, 2026; they describe different scopes. The property rating belongs to Maison Bayeux. The figures are dated snapshots; this page has no live Airbnb connection.
Maison Loucelle is a Qualitora project for brands, distributors and importing retailers. I built its English and French website to make requirements easier to discuss.

The current buyer focus, with an English and French journey. Actual site capture, October 16, 2026.
Animated explanation of the pendant-height tool. The drawing illustrates the interaction, not an installation specification.

Test values added from the real simulator. The request was not submitted.
I structured the site around product families, materials and quantities per reference. The request asks for a target product cost, destination and timing, with a separate route for interior projects.
For interior planning, I built tools that redraw a pendant and its clearances as dimensions change. A spatial question becomes easier to understand before the visitor writes a brief.
I built a brief builder and connected tools to it. Their results can be added to a draft, then carried into the sourcing request for review.
My role: content structure, interface design, tool development, testing and deployment. This case demonstrates the website and tools; sales impact has not been measured.
Discuss a similar project ↗Mesh & Net is a Qualitora sourcing project for growers, orchards and nurseries. The website helps a buyer describe what needs protecting before choosing a net.

Start with the problem to solve, then compare the specification. Actual site capture, October 16, 2026.
Example: the live tool adds a 10% allowance. This is a planning assumption, not an installation specification.

The same 264 ft² estimate arrives in the real quote form. No enquiry was sent.
I organized navigation around insects, hail, sun and birds, then linked each need to product specifications. The content separates documented figures from details that still need confirmation.
I built coverage and roll-planning tools, with visible assumptions and calculations buyers can inspect. Flat areas, crop rows and greenhouses need different layouts.
I connected the calculator to the quote form, where its estimate arrives prefilled. Buyers can review it and add their crop, use and delivery context.
My role: content architecture, buying tools, form integration, four language versions, testing and deployment. Owned-brand project; sales impact has not been measured.

A service built to bring cadastre, recorded sales, planning, energy and risks into one record. Its French coverage is specific; the engineering work shows how to connect sources without hiding their limits.
Value · Source · Date · Missing-data reason
Process illustration. No live query runs on this page.
The work covered inputs, source selection, architecture, implementation, testing and deployment, with seven read-only MCP tools.
Returned values carry their source and retrieval date. Missing data has a reason, and a failed source is reported separately.
Evaluation cases cover source failures, missing information and response structure. This is an independent engineering example, not a US property service.
A technical walkthrough and further references can be discussed directly.

Products & partners
Product projects can need more than software. Qualitora connects project definition, discussions with sourcing partners in China and US-facing launch preparation.
The work can include clarifying specifications, comparing proposals and documenting requirements. Sourcing is agreed as a separate scope.
Follow the product-development example ↓A tool observed in rural China became a development project: intended use, requirements, partner discussions, prototypes and presentation.
An illustration of field observation, not a product drawing.

Process illustration. These are distinct pieces of development work.
An independent development project. No sales results are claimed.
The work started by observing a tool in use and defining who it could serve, what it needed to do and what required further development.
Partner discussions, specification comparisons and prototype revisions helped turn the initial observation into a documented development brief.
The work extended to packaging, instructions, brand preparation and the public product page. Each part needed its own checks before release.
Work covered field research, project definition, partner discussions, development follow-up, packaging and the website. The diagrams explain the process.
Discuss a similar project ↗From a bounded scope to a handover
Start with one task and agree what the first release needs to do. The proposal sets out the inputs, integrations, acceptance checks, fee, schedule and handover. For agency work, your team keeps the client relationship and creative direction.
A calculator, an internal tool, a connected form, a data service or a web journey. The scope follows the problem and the information available.
Agreed behavior is checked before release. Source code and deployment notes are included in the agreed delivery; ongoing maintenance is scoped separately. AI-assisted tools are used, with responsibility for review and delivery retained.
French-language release checks can cover headings, calls to action, forms and confirmation messages. Product sourcing can cover specifications and partner discussions. Each is a separate scope, with its own deliverables.
Bring the task, not a finished specification
Send the task, the current process and the main constraint. We can establish a first scope by email before discussing a schedule. More detailed references and technical walkthroughs are available in a direct conversation.
