This policy explains how Qualitora LLC ("Qualitora", "we", "us") handles information collected through the website qualitora.com and through "Qualitora YouTube", an internal application we use to manage our own YouTube channels.

The website
When you send our contact form, we receive the name, email address, company (optional) and message you enter. Web3Forms processes the submission to deliver it to our email and protect the service against abuse, and may retain it under its privacy policy. We use your contact details and message to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
If you choose a language on the site, that choice is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and is never sent to us. This site runs no analytics or advertising tools.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
The Qualitora YouTube application
Qualitora YouTube is an internal tool. Only Qualitora uses it, to upload, schedule and manage videos and to read performance reports on YouTube channels that Qualitora owns. It is not offered to the public, and no outside user signs in to it.
It uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube through this application, you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Through the YouTube API, the application accesses the identity of our own channels, the videos and video details we publish, and the performance reports YouTube provides for those channels. It does not access any viewer's personal account.
- Access to authorization credentials is restricted to authorized personnel.
- Data obtained through the API is used only for the purposes above. It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
- We keep it only as long as we need it for these purposes.
Qualitora's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access granted to the application can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by writing to contact@qualitora.com.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date.
